   Yes, I am using the healthy relationship from PLN to promote growth, where I can start my own personalized learning and better improve myself. Our relationship is mutually beneficial and very harmonious.
   3. How would you create a PLN prior to engaging in a social media campaign on a topic of your choice？

I think there are lots of social media that can be useful such as blogs, we can read some articles from the blog. Also, Facebook, Linkedin Twitter youtube. Email is beneficial software in education.

When working with the vulnerable sector. how does social media fit into professionalism and regulations?

Some are not in line with professionalism and rules and regulations, because the online time and offline time of social media are very clear, and some posts may be mistaken for violence or breaking discipline and undermining the online ethos. The release of social media may also lead to their own privacy exposure, some racial discrimination or female discrimination can not be clearly distinguished by social media, which can also lead to errors at work. Some employers may not want their employees to post posts, and social media may misunderstand some posts, which may lead to unnecessary misunderstandings. When using social media, you should distinguish between personal accounts and corporate accounts to avoid confusion. In general, do not add customers to social media.
