Engaging your PLN

  1. Building a reputation and trust in a connected culture can be difficult, how are you building a network of individuals who are dynamic? reliable. & participatory
It may be difficult to build a reputation and trust in an interconnected culture, but it is not difficult for a person who already has a sense of trust and reputation. In this kind of interconnection, I will explore with sincerity and enthusiasm with like-minded people. I believe that sincerity can move a person and a group of people, and I will take this kind of interconnection seriously because it is not easy to come by. I believe that with these I can build a dynamic, reliable, and participatory personal network.
    2. Are you leveraging healthy relationships from your PLN for growth?
Yes, I am using the healthy relationship from PLN to promote growth, where I can start my own personalized learning and better improve myself. I also discuss it with people with the same interests, such as innovative ideas, and confusion, and I can share my views with them. They can guide me and give me more professional guidance. Our relationship is mutually beneficial and very harmonious.
    3. How would you create a PLN prior to engaging in a social media campaign on a topic of your choice?
When I choose a topic, I will first consider whether it is misleading to the network, because in this era of social media explosion, we have to always consider the impact on the network and people, at the same time, I will also avoid the introduction of some sensitive topics, will also retain some privacy settings, I will also fully consider the network policy, try not to cause misunderstanding, when creating PLN I will share more things I am interested in, hoping to meet like-minded people and discuss with me.
